Rick was very helpful in working with our insurance company. He and his team did a very professional job of replacing our roof in less than a day and respected our property throughout the installation and clean-up. We took his advice on the roof color and our finished roof turned out beautifully.

Rick helped us out with our hail-damaged roof and worked with our insurance company to make sure we got everything we needed. The crew was prompt and finished in a day. The owner Rick is an amazing business to work with. He walked both me and my wife through the process with our insurance company, advised on all options, provided several upgrades inclusive of our claim amount and added great value to our home in preparation to sell. The roofers arrived on time and completed the entire house and shed within the quoted 12 hours. The next day, Rick came by to walk through the project again, and discovered some damage that the workers made to our patio furniture. He provided reimbursement on the spot and also offered to replace the entire set. Fantastic to work with a business owner that has great integrity and stands behind his word.

Rick was very helpful in helping me deal my insurance company. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He installed a GAF roof and it is beautiful. They installed it in just one day and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Rick and his company.

Rick came out and gave us great advice about replacing our 18 year old roof. He was patient with our questions and never tried to sway us to another shingle when the one we chose was on back order. His team was here exactly when we were told they would arrive and a T.E.A.M. they were indeed. Everyone worked hard and was able to get our roof completed in one day. They protected the areas around our house with tarps and did a great job cleaning up before pulling out. I will definitely be recommending Atlanta E.R.S. Roofing to friends and others in our neighborhood. If you need help with your roof or replacing it, I would definitely call Rick before you contract with another company.

Came out looked at my roof, and inspected storm damage twice. Didn?t have a claim but he was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and well manored. Did not rush and was very thorough. Referred him over to my friend even though he didn?t install my roof. He also blew off the leaves for me free of charge. Would highly recommend them for any roofing project!

Rick did a great job on our roof. He quoted us for the GAF 50 year roof and came in significantly lower than his competitors. His crew got my house and shop done in one day and left the place looking better than it did when they arrived. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend ERS.

Rick and his Dad are so easy ro work with and made the process so simple, they are just good people all the way around. They took special care to protect my pool and garden. We had a great experience with Atlanta ERS! We had some damage from hail earlier this year and Rick came over with the insurance adjuster and pointed out some things the adjuster had missed and we were approved for a whole new roof. Atlanta ERS finished the job in one day and threw in some nice upgrades including roof vents, ice and water shield, and synthetic felt which translated into a 50 year warranty on the new roof. Very happy customers!

My 15 years of experience in home building and remodeling contractor made selecting Rick and ERS an easy pick. His no cost roof assessment, agreement to meet with insurance adjuster led to a contract to replace my roof. Rick then scheduled, provisioned, managed his talented team and completed a perfect job. A double roof removal and 50 square install, with site cleanup and debris hauled in one stunning 12 day!! Great work!! You know that's 5 Star!!

They showed up on time, and went straight to work. They finished a little ahead of schedule, cleaned up nicely, then left. The roof looks great. Top notch materials were used. We highly recommend using them.

If I could give higher than a 5 I would! Rick really took great care into walking me through everything. I put off this project for years but he came in and helped me get everything done so quickly. He treated me with respect and patiently explained everything so that I understood what is to be done. I never felt pushed into any decision. Overall just a very pleasant experience and crew!

Edwin is very nice and the crew is very polite! I cannot believe they finished the whole project in one day and if I had a second house I would have them work on that one too!

They did an awesome job! They gave us a wonderful assessment, a great price, came in and out very quickly, and 2 years later we have zero issues! A very pleasant guy that knows what he is doing! An easy 6 out of 5!

Rick is really great to work with! As a Property Manager, he has done many projects for us! He goes above and beyond and even recently went out of pocket to help replace a roof for a military client in anticipation that he would eventually get it back from the insurance company and was always patient about it! Really good people that do really great work!
